GULF toTrade with a New Par Value at the Share Price of ฿34.90/Share Today!

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) will kick off its first trading day with a new par value at THB 1 per share after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 8, 2020 has approved the change in the Par Value of the company’s shares from THB 5 per share to THB 1 per share.

In addition, the number of GULF’s shares will be changed from 2,133,300,000 shares to 10,666,500,000 shares.

GULF closed at ฿174.50/share on April 15, 2020, which would result in the share price to trade with a new par value at ฿34.90/share on April 16, 2020.
