Thai Cabinet Approves THAI’s Rehabilitation by Filing a Bankruptcy, MOF to Hold the Stake Below 50%.
The Thai cabinet has officially approved the rehabilitation of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) by submitting a bankruptcy to the Central Bankruptcy Court, reported a source in the Ministry of Finance.
The process of rehabilitation will include a change in stakeholders. The Ministry of Finance will lower the stake to below 50% from the current 51.03%.
