BGRIM Expects to Meet ERC’s Criteria for the Acquisition of LNG-Shipping License Tomorrow

Mrs. Preeyanat Soontornwata, President of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has stated that the company is confident that the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) will award BGRIM with the LNG shipper license.

 

Mrs. Preeyanat asserted that the company followed ERC’s regulation in submitting the proposal for acquiring the license to ERC. The acquisition of LNG would result in lower electricity prices for customers in industrial estate as well as raising the compatibility of Thai’s exporting products.

The boards of ERC will convene a meeting on May 22, 2020.
