Vayupak to Purchase THAI at ฿4/Share, Rehabilitation Plan Fast-Tracking to the Court!

The Board of Director of Vayupak Fund has approved the acquisition of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI)’s shares, amounting 69 million shares at the price of 4.00 per share for a total of 300 million baht from the Ministry of Finance today (May 22).

The source close to the matter stated that after the acquisition from the Ministry of Finance, which will remove the state-enterprise from THAI, the rehabilitation plan will be submitted to the Bankruptcy Court right away.
