THAI Appoints 4 New Directors after Cessation of Being the State-Enterprise Company

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) has announced the resolution of its Extraordinary Board Meeting on May 25, 2020, to appoint four new directors as follows;

 

1) Appointment of Mr. Pirapan Salirathavibhaga to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Pitipan Tepartimargorn.

2) Appointment of Mr. Boontuck Wungcharoen to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Pinit Puapan.

3) Appointment of Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mrs. Pratana Mongkolkul.

4) Appointment of Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Ms. Sirikul Laukaikul.

 

The appointment is effective from May 25, 2020, onwards.
