Tisco Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Seafco Public Company Limited (SEAFCO) with a target price ฿8.20/share.
Tisco stated that SEAFCO has considerably good earnings in the 1Q20 despite the economic slowdown and lockdown due to its on-hand backlog and potential projects this year, which would buoy SEAFCO’s earnings in 2021. SEAFCO traded at 9.4x PER for 2020F with a dividend yield at 5.3%.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC) with a target price at ฿58.00/share.
KSS stated that the Excise Department has rejected the proposal to cut tax on new cars by 50%, which is good news for the used-car market and impounded vehicles. MTC is a beneficiary of falling interest rates and the MSCI will raise MTC’s weighting.
