“Pete Bodharamik” Affirms of Not Exercising JAS-W3 to Increase JAS’ EPS

Mr. Pete Bodharamik, the major shareholder of Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS), revealed to “Kaohoon Turakij” by asserting the he will not exercise the warrant of Jasmine International Public Company Limited No. 3 (JAS-W3), in which he currently holds at an approximately of 900 million units.

In addition, today is the last trading day for exercising JAS-W3, and Mr. Pete stated that he will not exercise his JAS-W3 to avoid creating more than 1,000 million new ordinary shares. He asserted that the move of not exercising the warrant will increase JAS’ earning per share.
