SUPER Jumps 5% amid the Falling SET as “Jormsup” Expects another 550MW to Commence the COD in Late 2020.
The share price of Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) defied the market trend to post a gain of 5% in the morning session on Friday, June 12, 2020.
As of 10:46 local time in Thailand (GMT+7), SUPER rose ฿0.05/share or 5% to trade at ฿1.05/share with a trading value of 1,874 million baht. The share price of SUPER was on a roll despite a plummet in the market as of late, posting a gain of 19.3% this week.
Mr. Jormsup Lochaya, Chairman of the Board of SUPER, stated that the revenue in 1Q20 see a solid growth after the recognition of the COD from 744MW of renewable energy power plants, along with the solar power plant projects in Thailand and Vietnam worth 720.96MW and the profit sharing from SUPEREIF.
Mr. Jormsup expected another 550MW of solar power plant in Vietnam to be commenced the operation later this year and the 421MW wind power plant project to be commenced by next year.
Altogether, the company expected the revenue in 2020 to nearly reach 7 billion baht, 10 billion baht in 2021 and 13 billion baht in 2022.
