3 of MCOT’S Boards Submit Resignation Letters, Saying to Have Additional Responsibilities.
On June 12, 2020, MCOT Public Company (MCOT) announced that the following Directors have resigned from directorship and membership of committees due to additional responsibilities:
1) Mr. Piset Chiyasak, Independent Director effective from June 10, 2020
2) Professor Parichart Sthapitanonda, Independent Director effective from June 12, 2020
3) Mr. Montri Sanghirun, Independent Director and Audit Committee effective from June 12, 2020
In this respect, MCOT will proceed with the selection and appointment of new directors, who are legally qualified and possess no prohibited characteristics as prescribed in MCOT’s Articles of Association and relevant laws, and will inform our shareholders of such appointments.
