SAWAD Jumps Nearly 4% to ฿54.25 after Announcing ฿1.40 Div Payment and Free SAWAD-W2

The share price of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) jumped ฿2.00/share or 3.83% to ฿54.25/share with a trading value of 314 million baht after 45 minutes from the opening bell.

 

Yesterday, SAWAD announced a dividend payment from the year 2019 performance and retained earnings amounted 1,922.41 million baht for cash dividend at a ratio of ฿1.40/share. The ex-dividend date will be on August 6, 2020, while the payment date will be on August 28, 2020.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors approved the issuance of Warrant No. 2 (SAWAD-W2) at the amount not exceeding 54,926,095 units offered to the existing shareholders proportionally (Right Offering) for free with the ratio of 25 existing shares to 1 unit of warrant.

The Board of Directors also approved to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval of the increase of the registered capital from Baht 1,373,152,393 ti Baht 1,428,078,488 by issuing 54,926,095 ordinary shares at a par value of Baht 1.00 and allot 54,926,095 ordinary shares reserve for exercise of SAWAD-W2.

 

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2020 is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2020, 1:30 pm at Tharathep, Tharathep Hall Building, Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Chaophya Park Hotel, 247 Ratchadapisek Rd., Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400.
