OSP Slips 4% after “Osathanugrah Family” Disposes 3% of Stake to Foreign Institutions

The share price of Osotspa Public Company Limited (OSP) dropped ฿1.50/share or 3.82% to ฿37.75/share with a trading value of 4,196 million baht after the announcement of Osathanugrah family disposing 3% of OSP to foreign institutional investors.

 

Earlier this morning, Osotspa Public Company Limited (OSP) announced that its four shareholders in Orizon Group have sold OSP’s ordinary shares for a total amount of 90,112,500 shares, representing 3% of issued and paid up registered capital of OSP.

OSP stated that the sale of ordinary shares by Orizon Group to foreign institutional investors by way of private placement to be executed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 29, 2020, will lower the total aggregated shareholding of Orizon Group from approximately 30.69% to approximately 27.69%.

 

The aforementioned four shareholders are;

1) Orizon Limited sold 14,927,650 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.497% of the total issued and paid up registered capital of OSP.

2) Mr. Petch Osathanugrah sold 29,436,750 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.98% of the total issued and paid up registered capital of OSP.

3) Mr. Puree Osathanugrah sold 30,037,500 ordinary shares equivalent to 1.00% of the total issued and paid up registered capital of OSP.

4) Mr. Purat Osathanugrah sold 15,710,600 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.523% of the total issued and paid up registered capital of OSP.

 

OSP stated that after the transaction, Orizon Group will remain as its major shareholder and the aforementioned transaction has no effect to the directors and management structures and business operational policy of the company.

 

The shareholders under Orizon Group is acting in consent which consists of seven shareholders, i.e. 1) Orizon Limited, 2) Mr. Ratch Osathanugrah, 3) Mr. Petch Osathanugrah, 4) Mr. Purat Osathanugrah, 5) Mr. Puree Osathanugrah, 6) Mr. Khatha Osathanugrah, 7) Mr. Natee Osathanugrah.
