AQUA Appoints “Shine Bunnag” as Acting President to Lead the Group and OOH-Media Business

Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited (AQUA) announced that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/2020, held on 30 June 2020, passed the resolutions to appoint Mr. Shine Bunnag as an Acting President effective from July 1, 2020 onwards.

 

AQUA stated that the Board of Directors Mr. Shine Bunnag is an intellectual and experienced person with well management skills on media business. The appointment as an Acting President will benefit the company under the right strategic business directions.

His management skills were reflected in a list-company such as Nation Multimedia Group Public Company Limited (NMG) and Nation Broadcasting Corporation Public Company Limited (NBC). Under his management, the Nation Group was able to resolve its liabilities worth 4 billion baht and turned the business around to book a profit.

In this regard, AQUA ensured that the company had chosen a proper person for the position and the company.
