PTTEP and THCOM Join Hands to Establish “ATI Technologies” and Advance to Tech Biz

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) would like to announce that AI and Robotics Ventures Company Limited (ARV), a subsidiary of PTTEP, and Thai Advance Innovation Company Limited, a subsidiary of Thaicom Public Company Limited (THCOM), has set up the new joint venture company under the name of ATI Technologies Co., Ltd. in order to develop unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone solutions, both product and services, and develop smart farming technologies, including data analytics platform and end-to-end farm management solution, to enhance the potential of the agricultural sector in Thailand, with a registered capital of 20,000,000 Baht and equal shareholding at 50% by both ARV and Thai Advance Innovation Company Limited. The new joint venture company is expected to complete the registration within July 2020.

The establishment of this joint venture is in line with the company’s strategy of expanding investment in new businesses through the use of technology and innovation to enhance efficiency and create long-term sustainability for the company.
