“Hopewell” Case Comes to a Closure as Supreme Court Denies the Petition!

The Supreme Administrative Court stands on the court order’s decision to deny the petition of the Ministry of Transport and The State Railway of Thailand to resurrect “Hopewell” case.

The resolution ordered the Ministry of Transport and The State Railway of Thailand to pay compensation, including interest, for a total amount of 24 billion baht to Hopewell (Thailand) Company Limited.
