Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) with a target price at ฿19.80/share.
KSS stated that the share price could have short-term pressure by a weak 2Q20 earnings. However, a decline in share price is an opportunity to “Buy on Weakness” as KSS expected the hydropower plant project in Laos to rebound and record a profit of 180 million baht.
Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on Prima Marine Public Company Limited (PRM) with a target price at ฿9.30/share.
Maybank expected PRM’s earnings to set a new record in 2Q20, reflecting that PRM tends to beat Maybank’s forecast by 5-10%. The security company stated that it will revise the forecast after the fleet adjustment plan for 2H20 reaches a clear conclusion. PRM is currently trading at 17.7x P/E20F, a 18% lower than the 3-year average, while EPS growth increased by +24%. As a result, PRM status remains undervalue. Maintain “BUY”, with a TP of THB9.30 based on DCF (WACC 12.0%, g 2.0%).
