AGE Affirms of No Significant Financial Impact from the Fire at “Nadee Branch”

Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited (AGE) has announced that a fire broke out on some machinery inside the Nadee Branch’s factory at 99/99 Moo 2, nadee Subdistrict, Muang Samutsakhon District, Samutsakhon Province at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday July 22, 2020. The fire was undercontrolled in a short period.

As for the evaluation of machinery damage under the examination of relevant departments. AGE stated that the company will receive the money collected from the insurance policy that covers the damage incurred.

 

However, the production operations are expected to be resumed gradually as soon as possible. AGE expected to have no significant financial impact of this event and the damage is currently being assessed by the insurance company. In addition, AGE asserted that the company is closely working with Samutsakhon provincial authorities and no one is injured in this event since it is not the factory working hours.
