AOT Denies Favoritism on “King Power”, Affirming on Shareholders and Country’s Interest

• The Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has announced that the collection of minimum guarantee based on sharing per head and actual passenger volume was to support operators affected by the coronavirus impact.

As for the collection of duty-free operators, the company still maintained the collection of minimum guarantee and revenue share as indicated in the agreement without requiring the passenger traffic to reach the pre-covid level.

AOT affirmed that the measure was designed mainly for the company’s shareholders and the country’s interest.
