PTT Budgets ฿5.1Bn to Offer a Dividend of ฿0.18/Share for Shareholders!

The Board of Directors of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) at the meeting No.9/2020 held on 17 September 2020 approved a resolution of interim dividend payment for the first six-month performance of year 2020 to PTT’s shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.18 per share, totaling approximately Baht 5,142 million or 50% of the consolidated net income.

 

The interim dividend will be paid out from the unappropriated retained earnings in the part of PTT’s net profit which is subjected to 20% corporate income tax and dividend received from affiliates which is subjected to 20% corporate income tax wherein individual shareholders shall be entitled to a dividend tax credit in the computation of tax under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code.

The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the interim dividend will be on 1 October 2020 and the ex-dividend date will be on 30 September 2020. The payment of the interim dividend will be made on 16 October 2020.
