ORI Records 88% of Presale Target in 9 Months, Expecting 9 Projects Worth ฿14Bn in 4Q20!

Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) announced a recognition of 19,000 million baht from presale for the first three quarters in 2020, representing 88% of ORI’s annual target.

 

Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-ek, Chief Executive Officer of ORI, stated that the company booked 19,000 million baht or 88% of its presale target in 2020 within the first 9 month (Jan-Sep) of 2020, mainly contributed by its new and ready to move projects.

The company’s presale rose from 6,578 million baht in 2Q to 7,500 million baht in 3Q, while its 2020 presale target is 21,500 million baht.

Furthermore, Mr. Peerapong stated that the company is expecting to debut nine more projects in the fourth quarter with a total value of 14,050 million baht.
