SCGP Determines the Final IPO Price at Baht 35.00, Expecting the 1st-Day Trade in October.
SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) has announced that the company determined the final Initial Public Offering (IPO) price at Baht 35.00 per share, whereby the preliminary price range is Baht 33.50 – 35.00 per share with the Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) as a financial advisor.
The company is a subsidiary of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC), which operates as a holding company providing integrated packaging solutions with 2 main businesses, which are Integrated Packaging Chain and Fibrous Chain.
The company is expected to kick off its first trading day in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index this October.
