Trump’s Campaign Seeks Legal Challenge for Pennsylvania-Michigan and Recounting Wisconsin.
The president Donald Trump’s campaign filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan to contest the outcome in pivotal states that could decide his run for another term in the White House.
The campaign sought the court ruling to stop all voting, especially in Pennsylvania that the state Supreme Court extended the deadline for receiving ballots from Election Day to three days later.
As far as voting is concerned, it stopped on Election Day. However, some states allow votes cast by mail on or before election day to be counted if they are received up to several days afterward.
Meanwhile, Trump’s campaign claimed irregularities in several Wisconsin counties and would ask for a recount in the state.
