STA-STGT Bounce Back, Expecting Fund Inflow to STGT after the MSCI Addition!

The share prices of STA and STGT rebounded from yesterday’s plummet after MSCI included STGT into its MSCI Global Standard Indexes.

 

As of 11:50, the share price of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA) rose ฿1.55/share or 6.28% to ฿26.25/share with a trading value of 681 million baht.

Meanwhile, the share price of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) jumped ฿2.75/share or 4.01% to ฿71.25/share with a trading value of 2,098 million baht.

The buying pressure in the morning session came after the announcement from MSCI in adding STGT into its MSCI Global Standard Indexes. The market expected more fund inflow into STGT after being listed in MSCI.
