BJC’s Major Shareholder Cuts 316Mn Shares in Big Lot Transactions at an Average Price of ฿33.50 to Book ฿10.6Bn!
The Stock Exchange of Thailand has reported a big lot transaction of 316,500,000 shares of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (BJC) at the amount of 10,602 million baht with an average selling price at ฿33.50/share.
The major shareholder of BJC includes TCC Corporation Company Limited, holding 2,645,730,550 shares or 66.02% of issued ordinary shares. TCC Corporation Company Limited, run by Sirivadhanabhakdi Family, operates as an investment holding company. The company invests in beverage, industrial trading, property, insurance, leasing, and agro-business industries.
The second major shareholder is UBS AG, Singapore Branch, which holds 222,000,000 shares. DBS Bank Ltd holds 157,094,900 shares as the third major shareholder, while Thai NVDR Company Limited and TCC Verngnakornkhasem Company Limited is the fourth and fifth major shareholder with 113,219,794 shares and 77,596,400 shares, respectively.
