GUNKUL’s 3Q Profit Grows 5% to ฿1Bn due to the Sales of Investment in Utsunomiya Project

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL) has reported its 3Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

In 3Q20, the net profit of GUNKUL attributable was 1,001 million baht, an increase of 4.50% YoY, which increased from the sale of investment in a subsidiary Japan, Utsunomiya project, with an installed capacity of 69.83 megawatts, amounting to 806.53 million baht, and a gain from changes in fair value of derivatives according to TAS 9:Financial Instruments, which effective from 1st January2020, amounting to Baht 21.33 million.

 

The consolidated financial statements presented in 3Q20 at 3,388.45 million baht, increased 1,233.33 million baht, or 23.90% YoY.
