Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) with a target price at ฿64.00/share.
KSS stated that the official launch of iPhone 12 on November 27, 2020, will boost sales and service revenues (bundled with monthly subscriptions) for DTAC. Moreover, the company also offers highest dividend yield among ICT plays at 7.5%.
Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on TPI Polene Power Public Company Limited (TPIPP) with a target price at ฿5.00/share.
Maybank stated that TPIPP expects 9 new power plants, totalling 143MW of electricity sold during 2020-2023. For the Southern Economic Zone at Chana District, Songkhla Province, with an investment of THB396b, TPIPP is collecting an area of 16,735 rai. The project is in the process of turning the green areas into purple areas, expected to be completed in 1Q21.
The current share price is trading on 7.7x P/E FY21E, while offering a good dividend of 6.5% (assuming a dividend of 50% of profit).
