SAWAD Invests ฿192Mn to Top Up Stakes in “Srisawad Capital” to Benefit from Dividend Payment.
Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) has announced that the Board of Directors has approved to subscribe and oversubscribe new shares of Srisawad Capital Co., Ltd., raising its proportion of holding from 5% to 65%.
On November 26, 2020, SAWAD stated that the company had acquired an additional 60% stake in Srisawad Capital Company Limited, a personal loan service provider, from a subscription and oversubscription of new shares with a total investment of 192.5 million baht from the company’s working capital.
SAWAD expected to benefit from a dividend payment of Srisawad Capital Co., Ltd.
