BEAUTY Expects a Comeback in 2021 by Fully Penetrating Online Marketing to Boost Revenue.
Mr. Suwin Kraibhubes, CEO of Beauty Community Public Company Limited (BEAUTY), stated that the company expected to see profit in 2021 after a restructuring plan this year caused BEAUTY to record non-routine expenses, while the company will be able to efficiently manage the costs.
Currently, BEAUTY’s SG&A dropped from 80 million baht per month to less than 40 million baht per month due to branches shutting down or minimizing its branches for more modern retail platforms, while controlling other expenses, said Mr. Kraibhubes.
The company is adjusting its sales channel to be able to make 24/7 sales for both online and offline platforms in order to satisfy customers’ demand and changing behaviors in a new-normal way of life.
BEAUTY expanded its E-Commerce channel from only Lazada and Shopee by adding LINE Official, Grab Mart and Foodpanda, which would generate growth for its operating revenue. The business ratio for E-Commerce in 2021 is expected to reach 12% from less than 10% this year. The company is expected a joint venture to expand its customer base or in other methods.
