PTT Acquires 8.9077% of GPSC through TOP, Topping Its Stake to over 31%

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reported that PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) has submitted the reporting of acquisition or disposal of securities form of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) on December 3, 2020, at 8.9077% of the voting rights in the company.

 

The acquisition of GPSC securities was made through Thai Oil Public Company Limited (TOP), resulting in holding GPSC’s shares over 31.7176%.
