B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has announced the reorganisation of management structure to emphasize the main target to promote efficient and sustainable business expansion direction.
The Board of Directors of BGRIM has approved the appointment of Mrs. Preeyanart Soontornwata to be Vice Chairperson and acknowledged her change in roles and responsibilities from the President to be a member of the Executive Committee.
Meanwhile, the Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Harald Link to be a member of Executive Committee and the President to replace the vacancy and acknowledged his resignation from the member of Nomination and Compensation Committee; and approved the appointment of Khunying Suchada Kiranandana to be Lead Independent Director and a member of Nomination and Compensation Committee.
