Stocks in Focus on December 16, 2020: AEONTS and WHART

Kaohoon Online has selected stocks with a high-growth potential for investors to consider on December 16, 2020.

 

Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (AEONTS) with a target price at ฿200.00/share.

Maybank expected AEONTS to focus on debt collection and cost reduction to offset the weak near-term revenue outlook. The security company lowered the discount rate to reflect the upbeat prospect on the reopening of the economy following the success of vaccine testing. Maintain BUY with TP revised up to THB200 (2.7x FY21E P/BV, 19.5% ROE) from THB155 rolling forward valuations to FY21E. Key risks are deterioration in asset quality and slower than expected loan growth.

 

DBS Vickers Securities (DBSVS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on WHA Premium Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (WHART) with a target price at ฿16.50/share.

DBSVS stated that WHART has been consistently invested in new assets. The most recent investments were on three projects worth 3.2 billion baht, using the funds from the issuance of new trust units of 222.4 million, coupled with credit loan. Meanwhile, the space for rent increased 10% to 1.4 million square meters.
