BTS Group Acquires Nearly 2% of KEX, Pushing Total Shareholding Stake to 21%!

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reported that on December 24, 2020, BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) acquired 1.2977% of Kerry Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited (KEX)’s shares, while Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas, President of BTS, also acquired 0.6896% of KEX’s shares as well.

 

The acquisition on December 24, 2020, resulting in BTS Group to hold a total of 21.0218% of KEX’s shares directly and indirectly. The majority of shareholding stake is held by VGI Public Company Limited (VGI), which BTS holds 21.45% stake, at a total of 19.03% stake.
