JAS Applies for a Loan of ฿325Mn from Its Subsidiary for Working Capital Purpose

Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting, convened on 15 December 2020, has resolved to approve the company to apply for a loan, in an amount of up to 325,000,000 baht with interest of MLR which at present is of 5.25 percent per annum, totaling 359,125,000 baht, with the term of loan for 12 months and with an extension right for another 12 months, totally not exceeding the period of 24 months, from Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Company Limited (JTS), a subsidiary in which JAS has the total direct and indirect shareholding of 50.91 percent. The loan will be used as the working capital for the company’s business.
