COMAN Hits the Ceiling after a Big Lot Transaction of 24.63% Stake to MORE’s Major Shareholders.
The share price of Comanche International Public Company Limited (COMAN) hit the ceiling on 10:37 local time in Thailand on Tuesday with an increase of ฿0.70/share or 29.91% to ฿3.04/share.
The company made an official announcement yesterday in a clarification of its big lot transaction in a total volume of 33 million shares, equivalent to 24.63% of its paid-up stocks, stating that the transaction was made by Mr. Somboon Sukheviriya, COMAN’s major shareholder, to Mr. Amarit Klomchitcharoen at a stake of 24.63%. After the transaction, Mr. Somboon Sukheviriya will hold 5.82% of COMAN’s paid-up stocks.
However, COMAN affirmed that the change in major shareholders does not currently have an impact on the board of directors’ structure, controlling power, business policies, business management, or the management structure. Nevertheless, Mr. Amarit Klomchitcharoen does not meet the criteria for the tender offer.
According to the data shown in the Stock Exchange of Thailand as of August 5, 2020, Mr. Amarit Klomchitcharoen is a major shareholder of More Return Public Company Limited (MORE) at a stake of 23.08%.
