RATCH Injects the Third Capital Increase of ฿705Mn to RHIC as Fund Investment in Overseas

Ratch Public Company Limited (RATCH) announced that the company had registered the capital increase of RH International Corporation Limited (RHIC), a direct subsidiary in which the company held a 99.99 stake, by 15,000 million baht with the initial paid capital of 6,150 million baht.

 

The move was done in order to increase the capital to RH International (Mauritius) Corporation Limited (RHIM) and RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd. (RGIS) (direct and indirect subsidiaries of RHIC) by USD 200.20 million and USD 200 million, respectively.

Afterward, RATCH had made the second capital payment of RHIC by the amount of 2,130 million baht in order to increase the capital of RHIM and RHIC by USD 70 million each.

As of January 19, 2021, RATCH stated that the company had made the third capital payment of RHIC by the amount of 705 million baht in order to increase the capital of RHIM and RHIC by USD 23 million each.

The increase in capital was done with the purpose to fund investments in overseas projects and also to repay short-term loans and to be the working capital of each company.
