META Expects No Impact from Myanmar’s Political Development to the Group’s Solar Projects

Mr. Surasit Pokinjaruras, Chairman of Executive Directors of Meta Corporation Public Company Limited (META), and one of the major shareholders in Green Earth Power (Thailand) Company Limited (GEP), an operator for power projects in Myanmar, stated that the political development in Myanmar will not impact the administration and management of its power projects in the country. More importantly, the company has recognized income from the operations as normal in accordance to the purchase agreement.
