Full-Year Contribution from “Nam San 3A” and “Lomligor” Pushes BCPG’s 2020 Profit Up 6%

BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2020 though the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

In 2020, BCPG reported a net profit of 1,912 million baht, increased 6.15% from a net profit of 1,801 million baht in 2019. The increase in net profit was mainly due to the recognition of full-year contributions from “Nam San 3A” and “Lomligor”.

Meanwhile, Hydro power project in Lao PDR named “Nam San 3B”, which the company has acquired since February 2020 and 4 new solar power projects in Thailand named “RPV” which the company has acquired since August 2020 also partially contributed to BCPG’s income as well.

 

The Board of Directors of BCPG also approved the resolution to pay a dividend payment at ฿0.17/share to be paid on April 21, 2021. The ex-dividend date is March 3, 2021.
