PTT Founds “On-I on Solutions” to Operate and Develop EV Charging Infrastructure Network

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) has announced that the Board of Directors of Alpha Com Co., Ltd. (Alpha Com) at the meeting No. 8/2563 on September 18, 2020 approved the establishment of On-I on Solutions Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Com, with the registered capital of 30 million baht.

 

Alpha Com is 100% indirectly owned by PTT. The objective of the company establishment is to operate and develop EV charging infrastructure network outside the retail fuel service stations such as in shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings, etc. as well as EV related products and services offering, for instance, supply and installation of EV charger for household, etc.

The establishment of On-I on Solutions Co., Ltd. is in line with PTT’s New S-Curve strategy. Subsequently, On-I on Solutions Co., Ltd. completed its registration on February 18, 2021.
