TRUE Invests ฿47Mn to Acquire 60.72% in “Chiiwii” to Strengthen Digital Health Strategy

True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE) announced that True Incube Company Limited (True Incube), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company’s group, has invested in Chiwiborirak Company Limited (Chiiwii), a company engaged in medical tele-consultation services, at the shareholding proportion of 60.72% of Chiiwii’s total issued shares for consideration of 47.28 million baht.

The objective of this investment is to strengthen the company’s digital health strategy as well as to support potential startups and to gain potential future return on investment.
