AQUA Books ฿182Mn of Profit in 2020, Offering a Dividend of Bt0.01 with an XD on May 6

Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited (AQUA) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2020 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

In 2020, AQUA reported a net profit of 182 million baht, decreased 67.19% from a net profit of 557 million baht in 2019. The decrease in net profit was mainly due to a lower recognition of total income by 350 million baht, representing a decrease of 27.70%.

In 2020, out of home media business earned 574.23 million baht compared to 2019, decreased by 28.32% from the situation of the spread of Covid 19 that started affecting businesses worldwide, including the company’s out of home media business, especially LED, since 3Q20, Thailand has eased the lockdown and more people living outside.

 

Nevertheless, the Board of Directors of AQUA resolved a resolution to pay a dividend payment of ฿0.01/share to be paid on 25 May, 2021. The ex-dividend date is May 6, 2021.
