BAFS inks the deal to acquire 7 power plants to strengthen its portfolio, while PDI books ฿1.7Bn from the transaction.
BAFS Clean Energy Corporation Company Limited, a subsidiary of Bangkok Aviation Services Public Company Limited (BAFS), stated that the company has signed a share purchase agreement with PDI Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary of Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited (PDI) for 7 power plants with a total capacity of 36.4MW.
The deal will result in more than 120 million baht of revenue recognition for BAFS and an income of 1,704.67 million baht for PDI from selling all 7 power plants.
