Last Trading Day of GL before Long Suspension as Share Price Tumbles 46% since Returns

The Stock Exchange of Thailand “SET” announced that today (March 16, 2021) is the last trading day of Group Lease Public Company Limited (GL) after the exchange allowed 1-month temporary trading on GL.

 

The SP sign will be posted on March 17, 2021 onwards until GL is able to submit all financial statements.

 

GL has been unable to finalize its financial statements since last year due to prolonged lawsuits with J Trust Asia Pte. Ltd.

 

The share price of GL closed at ฿1.20/share on November 16, 2020, before the suspension by the Thai exchange. Today, the share price closed at ฿0.65/share, representing a decrease of 45.83%.
