KSS stated that BANPU received positive sentiment from higher coal prices (Newcastle) to $93.80/ton, making an all-time high in two years. Meanwhile, the security company expected the higher coal prices will support BANPU’s performance and return to book profit this year.
KGI Securities has given an “Outperform” rating on Com 7 Public Company Limited (COM7) with a target price of ฿72.00/share.
KGI expected COM7s earnings to mark an all-time high over the next two years with YoY growth every quarter this year propelled by i) solid IT device demand amid digital disruption, ii) dynamic strategies in both stores platform and product offering, and iii) low base from temporary store closures in 2Q20.
Due to the positive catalyst both short-term and long-term, KGI re-rated PER on COM7 from 34.2x (+1.5 S.D its historical average) to 36.0x (+1.0 S.D. its peers historical average). KGI rolled its target price over to end-2022 at Bt72.00 and maintained a rating of Outperform on the counter.
