Power Solution Technologies Public Company Limited (PSTC) announced the resolutions of its Board of Director meeting No. 2/2021 held on 25 February 2021 to invest in BGT Logistics Company Limited to expand and strengthen the distribution of LPG and LNG fuel business.
After the transaction, BGT Logistics Company Limited has a registered capital of 20,000,000 baht at a par value of 100 baht per share.
