GULF-Sarath Deny Rumors of Investing in 7UP with No Intention to Invest in such Company

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has published a clarification through the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding the news of Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi, CEO of the company, and the company itself showing an intention to invest in Seven Utilities and Power (7UP).

GULF stated that Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi has no intention to personally invest in 7UP or other companies in the utilities sector, and GULF does not plan to invest in such companies as well.

 

Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi reaffirmed the company’s statement, saying the company has never had an intention to invest in 7UP as well as himself as an individual. Thus, denying the reported news as baseless.
