SIRI Extends the Gain after MTC Maintains Policy Rate and LTV Measure to Boost Sentiment

The share price of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) rose as much as ฿0.70/share or 6.80% to ฿1.10/share in the morning session on Thursday, March 25, 2021. SIRI extended its gain after the Monetary Policy Committee (MTC) maintained the policy rate at 0.50%.

 

Asia Plus Securities stated that the share price of SIRI continued to rise with a solid trading volume, while expecting the rise could be from a speculative buy from traders after the MPC maintained the policy rate at 0.50%, raising speculation of this low level interest rate to continue.

Meanwhile, the LTV measure at the ratio of 90% (80% previously) would attract buying pressure for the second house.
