Maybank expected SPALI’s 2021 profit to grow 38%, the best in the industry. The quarterly income and profit will continue to expand well from the high backlog waiting for revenue recognition. Maybank expected an upside from extra profit from the sale of the office to the newly established SPALIRT Trust and new property measures from the government.
Finansia Syrus Securities (FSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Dohome Public Company Limited (DOHOME) with a target price at ฿22.00/share.
FSS upgraded DOHOME’s target price to Bt22 and 2021-2022 net profit to 75.30% and 19.50%, respectively. DOHOME’s 1Q21 earnings are expected to reach an all-time high at 359 million baht (+67% Q-Q, +102.8%) from a 17% SSSG growth as construction starts to resume.
