ITD-NWR-UNIQ Surges after the Signing of Thailand-China HSR Project

The share price of ITD, NWR and UNIQ surged in the morning session on March 30, 2021, after the signing of a high-speed railway development contract between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the People’s Republic of China.

 

ITD closed the morning session at ฿1.78/share, increased ฿0.23/share or 14.84% with a trading value of 576 million baht.

NWR closed the morning session at ฿0.86/share, increased ฿0.12/share or 16.22% with a trading value of 158 million baht.

ITD closed the morning session at ฿5.80/share, increased ฿0.20/share or 3.57% with a trading value of 48 million baht.

 

Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) acquired the contract 4-4 for Civil Works for EMU Depot, Heavy Maintenance Base and Dispatching Center of Chiang Rak Noi with a contract value of 6,573,000,000 baht.

 

Nawarat Patanakarn Public Company Limited (NWR) has acquired contract 4-3 for the construction of the elevated railway structures 23 km. long. Meanwhile, the contract also includes the construction of the runway to the maintenance center, building and constructing support train system, drainage system, relocation of utilities and other works required for the project with a contract value of 11,525,350,500 baht.

 

Unique Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (UNIQ) has acquired contract 4-6 civil works for the construction of Railway Track totaling 31.60 km. with buildings supporting 7 electrical systems and other works with a contact value of 9,428,999,969.37 baht.
