GUNKUL Establishes a Subsidiary to Study the Investment in Hemp Project

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL) has announced that on April 5, 2021, the Board of Directors’ Meeting approved the hemp business plan, and approved the establishment of a company to support such business operation.

The establishment of the company will be held in the form of a holding company, with initial registered capital of 50,000,000.00 baht and two subsidiaries with the objective of studying investment in the hemp project.

 

In this regard, GUNKUL had set up a work plan to obtain relevant licenses in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations that are specified specifically for the operation of the said business. GUNKUL stated that the company is committed to conducting a complete business and also appointing a consultant to carry out each step of the project in accordance with the plan.
