IMH Continues the Rally with a 16% Gain, Expecting Revenue to Reach a Record High in 2Q.
Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited (IMH) continued the rally on Monday, April 12, 2021, with a gain of ฿0.95/share or 16.24% to ฿6.80/share with a trading value of 138 million baht as of 10:15 local time in Thailand. The company hit the ceiling last Friday.
Last Friday, IMH jumped ฿1.33/share or 29.42% to close at ฿5.85/share after Mr. Sittiwat Kamkatwong, Chief Executive Officer of IMH, stated that two of its hospitals are welcoming people for Covid-19 tests to their maximum capacity and also allow a walk-in test. The two hospitals are IMH Ratchapruek and IMH Asoke, which are still welcoming people for Covid-19 test today.
Mr. Kamkatwong revealed that the company is negotiating with its allies to gain the license for Covid-19 vaccine provider, which would raise IMH’s position in the market to a full-cycled operator.
The company expected more than 150 million baht of revenue in 2Q21, a record high, mainly due to the recognition from Prachapat Hospital, higher revenue from Covid-19 test and possibly vaccination.
