UBS Expects MSCI to Add SCGP with $138mn of Inflow, Weigh Down DTAC and Delist OSP
UBS Expects $138mn of Inflow for SCGP upon MSCI Rebalance, DTAC to be Weighed Down and OSP to be Deleted.
UBS Securities Team has revised May prediction for MSCI Rebalance that is expected to be announced on May 11, 2021, giving three updates on Thai stocks as follows;
1) SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) will be added to the index with an added value of $138 million, representing 5.87x of an average daily volume.
2) Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) will be weighted down by $51 million, representing 6.82x of an average daily volume.
3) Osotspa Public Company Limited (OSP) will be deleted from the index with a loss in value of $58 million, representing 1.03x of an average daily volume.
